The hotel's location and view were breathtaking. The staff provided exceptional service and were always friendly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The food at both the main restaurant and bar was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent personal service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel by the sea. This place was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, just across from the lagoon, providing breathtaking views of flamingos and pelicans. I enjoyed spending my mornings walking along the nearby path, taking in the beautiful scenery. The rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. After a long day of exploring, I was able to unwind in a luxurious bed with plush pillows that provided the perfect amount of comfort. The hotel staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help. They even went above and beyond to organize excursions for me and found great deals. I highly recommend the Sandwich Harbour excursion - the stunning dunescapes were well worth the money.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking! the sight of the sea and the flamingos was a true delight. the beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well. We also appreciated the location of the hotel, which was central to all the attractions and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The room needed some serious work. the bathroom and doors could all use maintenance, and we even had to go downstairs to ask for things like towels and water.

The hotel is right across from the lagoon, perfect for seeing flamingos. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us with transport. The restaurant had friendly service and delicious food. The deluxe rooms were spacious and modern with a terrace. Great place for a birthday celebration.
