The owners and management are caring, friendly staff, reopened restaurant for late dinner, beautiful ambiance, attention to detail, comfortable rooms.

The location of the hotel in the more rural areas adds to its charm, giving guests a taste of the authentic African experience. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making sure that guests have everything they need during their stay. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and have comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided is tasty, especially the delicious cake that stood out as the best we had during our entire stay.

We had a fantastic time at a lodge in Namibia. The location was convenient, being next to the main road and close to the highway. Our room was spacious and clean with lovely cushions, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The lodge had a beautifully decorated restaurant with excellent dinner choices. The lodge also had a pool area, and the wifi worked perfectly.

It would have been better if there were more sunbeds by the pool area.

Wow! What an amazing oasis we found during our road trip. We were looking for a comfy bed and ended up with so much more. the staff were super friendly and we loved the welcome drink and cake. the breakfast was simply superb and we even enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool. This location is perfect for those who are travelling through Namibia as it is very convenient.

While we enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the hotel, some people may find this to be a disadvantage if they are looking for absolute peace and quietness. we noticed that the pool was not in the best condition and the rooms lacked a bit of personal African touch.

We had a perfect stay at this lodge in Otjiwarongo. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful courtyard featuring a tranquil pool. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, providing a supremely comfortable night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, where we had both our dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to our day. Additionally, the hotel had safe and secure parking available for our fully loaded vehicle. Its location at the beginning of town was also convenient, making it easy to access.

the hotel staff seemed untrained and clueless upon our arrival, which created unnecessary confusion. the lack of available gin at the bar for two consecutive nights was a letdown.
