The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the corner of a bustling plaza. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with adorable balconies. The highlight of our stay was the helpfulness of the kitchen staff. We had an early bus to catch and they prepared a delicious breakfast for us to take on the go. It was also a great opportunity to meet other travelers. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. the location was ideal, right on the square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed having a balcony with a view of the action. the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.

Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was challenging and stressful. the initial room we were given was noisy due to the nearby bar, but the staff quickly moved us to a quieter room.

The location of Balcones Del Parque Jardin is superb, with a small balcony facing the lively square. The staff is very kind and welcoming, with a helpful front desk. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean.

The noise from nearby bars and parties can be disruptive at night.
