The value for money at this hotel was great and the room was lovely. The location was perfect, right on the main strip with easy access to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to accommodate our requests.

Everything is what i need and want

The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists, with easy access to the famous lake and a variety of shops for souvenirs. The rooftop dining area offers breathtaking views, making it a favorite spot for guests. The rooms are well-equipped, with convenient amenities like multiple sinks and coat racks for towels. The owner/manager is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast provided is excellent and served with a personal touch.

The door lock system can be a minor inconvenience, requiring the room key to operate the lights and air conditioning, as well as unlock the door.

Stayed here for Christmas with my family. Location was great, right in the heart of the city. Loved the view of the lake and the mountains from the room, it was breathtaking. Staff was friendly and fast with check-in and check-out. the room had heated water which we really appreciated for the cold weather.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The views from the rooftop terrace were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the mountains. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with directions and suggestions for places to visit. They even organized a paragliding experience for us, which was amazing. Despite the occasional power cuts, the staff always made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot shower was a welcome relief after a long day of trekking. The breakfast, although not offering fruit, was delicious and filling. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and awesome staff.
