The breakfast was satisfying, staff friendly, room spacious and clean. Beds, bathroom, and balcony were pleasant. The pool was well-maintained. Great value for money, we extended our stay. Will return when in Pokhara!

Recently I spent Easter holidays in a hotel located in a great location just a short walk from the lake and all attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they offer free airport pickup service and a wonderful breakfast buffet. the pool and beautiful mountain views were unforgettable.

The only negative aspect was the price of food in the hotel restaurant. The meals seemed overpriced for not the best quality, but it wasn't a big deal since you can find many great restaurants right around the corner.

It was in a quiet area, but still central to all the attractions in Lakeside. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering a wide range of options. The hotel also had a pool, which was clean and relaxing.

Some minor issues were identified in the reviews such as the occasional lack of availability of pool towels or minor maintenance problems in the rooms.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were always friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The pool was perfect for a relaxing swim after a day of exploring. Despite some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom, we were overall impressed with the hotel's cleanliness. The location was ideal, being tucked away in a quiet alley but still close to all the tourist attractions. The special price we got was excellent value for money. we highly recommend Hotel Iceland for a wonderful stay in Pokhara.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was among the best in Nepal! The swimming pool was perfect with a temperature of 35 degrees and it was very clean. The staff was always ready to assist us with any requests and made our stay even more enjoyable. Don't hesitate to ask them for help, they will gladly assist you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet dead-end road near the beautiful lakeside area. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and we especially loved the macaroni with melted cheese. The hotel amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and spa, added an extra touch of luxury and relaxation to our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site massage service and the option to book taxis for our trek and airport transfers.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Iceland. The friendly staff, including the manager who personally picked us up from the bus station, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The female receptionist was incredibly helpful in guiding us to local attractions. The housekeeping was exceptional, always ensuring our room was spotless and fresh. The highlight was definitely the nice pool, although we didn't get a chance to use it due to our busy schedule. The view from our room was also amazing. Additionally, the delicious carbonara exceeded our expectations. we loved our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Iceland to our friends.
