Had a great Christmas holiday with amazing complementary activities and food options. The location was perfect and just a stone throw to all the major tourist attractions. The hotel also had a lovely garden area which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some peace and quiet.

I did experience some issues with my room. I was expecting a bathtub but was provided with a small room with no bathtub and an AC unit that leaked.

The service throughout our stay was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were even surprised to find our bed made again after going out for dinner! The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of savory and sweet options, as well as made-to-order eggs. Additionally, the view from our balcony room was absolutely magnificent, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Thamel, just a two-minute walk away. Being so centrally located made it incredibly convenient to explore the tourist area and enjoy all the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff here were simply amazing, providing fantastic customer service from the moment I arrived. They took great care of me, and the manager even personally ensured that I was satisfied with my stay. The receptionist, Ashok Shrestha, was especially helpful during my night shift stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had excellent leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness centre, sauna, and massage services. staying here was a truly memorable experience.
