We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kathmandu. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The huge garden with a beautiful pond and ducks was a sight to behold. The variety of restaurants, coffee shop, and casino provided ample options for entertainment and dining. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast offerings were delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.

I recently stayed at Yak & Yeti for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the Kathmandu Valley, with many cultural attractions within walking distance. The staff at the reception were professional and managed the diverse range of guests with courtesy. The buffet at the main restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The fish curry was the best I've ever had, and the restaurant staff provided personalized service without being obsequious. The hotel's garden is a peaceful oasis with beautiful plants and wildlife. The rooms are traditional yet modern, and I loved the bench seat by the window overlooking the garden.

The room decorations were well done and added a pleasant touch to the dated room. the hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. the food provided was edible, although not exceptional.

The hotel consistently overcharged for transportation services, taking advantage of unsuspecting tourists. the staff seemed more interested in prioritizing their relationship with unethical taxi drivers than ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of guests.

The staff at Yak & Yeti went above and beyond to recommend a fantastic spa outside the hotel. Ms Sonika even googled the address and booked our massage for us. We are so grateful for her extra effort and helpfulness. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with crisp linens and a comfortable bed. The hotel offers great amenities like a gym and outdoor pool. Complimentary airport transport and toiletries provided. During my New Year's stay, I absolutely loved the spacious room and its beautiful furnishings. the hot water in the bathroom was a delightful treat after a long day exploring. the location was perfect, with shops and the main street just a short distance away. Plus, the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and fulfilled all my requests.

Although the Wi-Fi in my room was not stable, the staff quickly worked on improving it. I also think the breakfast buffet could have had more variety for a 5-star hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Kathmandu for 4 nights after trekking in the Himalayas. The peaceful gardens and modern, clean rooms at Yak & Yeti provided a tranquil escape from the city. The large, comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel, located in an upmarket area with nearby shops and restaurants, had a spacious check-in and dining areas. The friendly and courteous staff promptly resolved any issues we had, like the TV problem. The complimentary drink and food upon arrival was a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended!
