Rooms could use better HVAC options since the AC was non-functional!!! Inconsistent service at the reception can be frustrating, particularly when dealing with accounts!!! Some signage for facilities would greatly enhance guests' orientation!!!

The experience was marred by intermittent power outages that left my room pitch dark, especially in the bathroom. Internet connectivity was spotty for three days, which was frustrating. Lastly, some rooms showed signs of aging, with one room having a cracked bathroom sink and others lacking working electrical outlets.

Beautiful facilities and a tranquil garden to escape the bustling city. The staff were friendly and attentive, often checking if you needed anything or offering tea.

Despite the lovely amenities, the nearby clubs can create significant noise disturbances, especially during festive seasons, impacting sleep quality.

I stayed here for 10 nights while on a business trip, and I appreciated the spacious junior suite with a lovely balcony. The garden area was absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful escape from the bustling city. I enjoyed the complimentary airport pickup, which made my arrival smoother, but I did encounter issues with power outages and intermittent internet during my stay, which were frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, the hot water was always available, and the on-site coffee shop offered excellent coffee, enhancing my overall experience.

I really enjoyed my stay. the room was huge and I got a free upgrade to a suite with a balcony! The garden area was perfect for relaxing with beautiful flowers and trees, and I even treated myself to a soothing foot massage. Just a heads-up, the WiFi can be weak at times, but don’t let that ruin your experience! 😊

The room was nice and cozy overall, but the new rooms felt a bit cramped—like, no room for my suitcase! And no hooks in the bathroom? Come on! But the garden area? So peaceful and a perfect escape from Thamel's chaos. The staff was attentive, always checking if I needed anything which I thought was a nice touch.

The location is pretty awesome, right in the middle of Thamel but still feels like a peaceful oasis. The gardens are gorgeous and perfect for chilling. Plus, the breakfast spread was solid, offering a bunch of tasty options.
