We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right in front of the park, with bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. They were always checking in on us and offering their assistance. The food was delicious, and the dining room staff, especially suzan, was top-notch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting outside and using the pool. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great location, very close to the national park. Comfortable and cozy rooms with a beautiful rustic style. Loved the pool area and the lush gardens around it. It was very romantic to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding farms and forests. We enjoyed the authentic local cuisine they served for dinner, it was very flavorful and filling.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety, as most of the options were repeated every day. the bar area could use some renovation, it looked outdated and didn't quite match the rest of the hotel's style.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The swimming pool, although small, is clean and enjoyable. The a la carte food options are amazing.
