The breakfast at the hotel was superb, with a wide range of options and fresh ingredients. The evening meals were also delicious and home-cooked. The service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. The location of the hotel was great for visiting Shanklin Chine and walking to town. There was also a convenient park nearby for our little dog.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - right on the seafront in Shanklin. Our seafront room had a gorgeous view of the ocean, making our stay even more special. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The basic amenities in the room were all there, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Lastly, we couldn't have asked for a better start to the day than enjoying a delicious breakfast with a wonderful view of the sea. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money and provided a cosy atmosphere right on the promenade.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right on the beach with stunning views of the sea. You can enjoy the convenience of being able to step right onto the sand from the hotel. Plus, it is situated down a steep hill at the end of the road, making it feel secluded and peaceful.

The food served in the hotel's restaurant is not up to par. Some dishes, like the steak and pie, lack flavor and are disappointing in taste.

The location of this hotel is simply stunning! Being right on the beachfront was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved waking up to the sound of the sea and being able to walk straight out onto the sand. The room we had was filled with bright sunlight and had all the basic amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed eating on the restaurant veranda outside in the morning, it was such a lovely experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the breakfast on the second day was not as good as the previous day. However, overall, everything was okay.

The hotel was in a prime seafront location, just opposite the beach. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a nice presentation and tasty food. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with pristine white bedding and towels in the room.

had an amazing stay in Shanklin, but this time at a different inn. Waterfront Inn blew us away with friendly staff, stunning sea views, and clean rooms. The restaurant served delicious food with great value for money. Highly recommend!

noise from bar disrupted family stay

We stayed at a hotel over New Year's, and it was a decent experience. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff members were also accommodating and helpful. the location was perfect, it was close to several shops and restaurants, and we could easily access public transport. One other thing we enjoyed was the comfortable bed in the room.

The hotel rooms could use some updating. Our room was a bit cramped, and the furniture was a little outdated.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a lovely modern and cosy room. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they were a bit dated and could use some renovation. the shower stall was small and the shower mechanism was old-fashioned, making it difficult to get a strong shower.

Everything was just perfect.

My key had a bit of trouble opening the door when I first arrived, but the manager quickly fixed it with some WD40. The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful, just across the road from the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing. The staff were friendly and really hardworking. I had a great experience at the Waterfront Inn.

I did have to ask for coat hangers as there was only a rail to hang up clothes. Also, the TV in the room was a bit difficult to navigate.
