This hotel in Pokhara exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent as I felt I got more than what I paid for. The room rate was reasonable, considering the attention to detail and the overall experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is right in front of Phewa Lake, offering stunning views from the rooms and balcony. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good facilities such as a lift, hot water supply, and free Wi-Fi. The staff is polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast served is delicious and there are also many eateries within walking distance.

The hotel provided a rooftop view that showed the beautiful Annapurna range and a lake. This made for a stunning picture. the staff were willing to offer tips about the location of the city and gave us a warm welcome, which made us feel at home and familiar with the city. the location of the hotel was perfect for those looking to stay near the lake and its surrounding activities.

The facilities were not up to par. the linens were stained, and when we asked for a new sheet, they were reluctant to replace it.

Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean decor. Balcony offers partial lake and mountain views. Breakfast includes omelette, toast, fruits, juice, and coffee. Polite staff offers assistance and storage for luggage. Good location near Lakeside Street, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the lake.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, with the comfiest bed we had in our entire trip. The complimentary teas and delicious meal were a delightful surprise. The breakfast was delicious and they even remembered our special requests. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like friends. We couldn't be more grateful for such a perfect stay. we highly recommend this hotel.
