The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the central town area but still peaceful. We enjoyed the personal service from the staff, especially from the service manager who ensured we had a huge breakfast and a stunning view from our clean and spacious room. The hotel offered fast Wi-Fi and had a great restaurant with delicious food.

The coffee served during breakfast was a bit weak, but that was a minor niggle. While the reception manager was really helpful and polite, some of the other team members could work on being friendlier and more professional. We felt that they could improve some things, like paying more attention to details and providing more timely service during breakfast.

Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel managed to maintain a peaceful ambiance, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The location was also ideal as it was close to the main tourist area, making it easy to explore the attractions. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a stunning view of the lake and mountains.

Although the overall experience was fantastic, there was a minor issue with the breakfast coffee being weak, which could be improved.

The hotel is perfectly located, with convenient amenities nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff, especially the FOH manager Mohan, provides exceptional hospitality and goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast is huge. The hotel also offers fast WiFi and the service manager and general manager are very helpful.
