the hotel is dog, friendly, rooms ultra, clean with a delightful scent, and boasted the comfiest bed ever. the spacious bathroom was a lifesaver after getting caught in the rain , plenty of space to dry out our gear. the location, just a quick drive from town, offered stunning river views, making it our favorite stay of the trip!

We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the meals were fantastic - especially the kids loved it! the room service was excellent, and we even had a welcome drink upon check-in. the bar and lounge area were cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the bed was super cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Having Netflix available in the room was a great treat for unwinding in the evenings.

One minor aspect that could be improved is adding some extra homely touches to the room, like coat hangers, bed lamps, and a rug for the bathroom floor. These little details would enhance the overall comfort of the stay.

I had a lovely stay at Woodstock Hotel in Hokitika! the cabin was modern and spacious, with a great shower and comfortable beds. Opposite the pub for convenience. the wifi was unreliable, which was a downside for us. a great experience!

It made exploring the area so convenient and fun. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were great. The comfortable beds and concrete floors gave the rooms a modern and clean feel. The breakfast provided was also delicious and gave me a good start to the day.

The hotel rooms are not soundproofed, so noise from the carpark can be heard.

During my recent business trip, I was pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodation. the rooms were well-kept, and the linen and towels were clean. the location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and surrounding attractions. the hotel offered a great dining menu that was reasonably priced.

There were some areas for improvement. the lack of seating in the room was a big inconvenience, as I prefer comfortable chairs to relax in after a long day.

Clean rooms with comfy beds, large bathroom for drying wet gear. Cosy atmosphere, mix of locals and tourists, friendly staff. Amazing food, generous portions. Netflix in rooms is a nice bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at a new hotel with a spacious room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was massive with a great shower. We enjoyed the beautiful view over the river and the on-site pub offered excellent food and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Woodstock Hotel in Hokitika is a fantastic place to stay. The pub across the car park serves amazing food with excellent service and friendly staff. The cottage is spacious with three bedrooms and plenty of indoor space. There is even a secure room for bikes and other belongings. The location is ideal, and the glow worm dell is just a short stroll away.
