the property is rustic yet modern, with attentive staff and an excellent breakfast. the location is conveniently off Durbar Square, with many local tea and food spots nearby. the deluxe double room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed. the hot shower was refreshing after a day of adventuring. Don't miss the incredible view from the rooftop!

The building had a cool and unique Newari architecture, and the location was central and convenient for exploring the area. the hot water was reliable and enjoyable for a nice shower.

The reception staff seemed uninformed and not very welcoming. the lack of basic amenities such as coffee or tea to go with the kettle was a letdown.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location is central, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a separate sitting area and dining area with a kitchen counter and sink. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good water pressure and reliable hot water. I had a wonderful experience at World Heritage Hotel And Apartments and would highly recommend it for a special stay in Kathmandu.
