I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and simple, with plenty of closet space. The check-in and check-out process was simple and fast. The location of the hotel was great, just a 2-3 minute walk to the metro station and only one stop away from a train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a variety of options including boiled eggs, a cereal station, bread, meat and cheese, and a drink station.

Nothing not to love.

The location is convenient, just 300 meters from the metro station, with a direct line to the central station. The room for 4 was clean and comfortable, with a good selection of breakfast options. There were also plenty of food and drink choices at the bar/reception.

a&o exceeded our expectations! after our previous stay in amsterdam, we were pleasantly surprised by the ample space and privacy in the 6-bed room. the staff were amazing and even helped us save money. the location was perfect with easy access to shops. we will definitely stay again!

Kitchen cleanliness.

Stayed at A&O for 3 nights. €15 a night plus €3.50 for bedsheets. Great buffet breakfast for €8. Close to Bullewijk metro station. Comfortable mattresses and great showers. Very clean.

There were some noisy teenagers staying at the hotel, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

I recently stayed at A & O in Zuidoost for a quick weekend getaway. The location was superb, right across from Bulweirjk Metro and just a short stroll from Biljmer Arena station. The surroundings were beautiful, making it a pleasant and relaxing stay. I also appreciated the fact that I wasn't charged extra for using beds and bathrooms. The room was spacious and had fast WIFI, perfect for catching up on work or streaming movies. Additionally, there was a convenient shopping area nearby for local dining options.

I had an amazing time during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the first thing I loved about it was the excellent linen and comfortable beds. It made my stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable. the hotel is conveniently located near key transport hubs and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the proximity to the metro station and shopping areas was a major plus.

While my experience at this hotel was mostly positive, there was one small hiccup. Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight unpleasant odor and dirty blanket.
