Great location and spotless! Reception staff speak excellent English and are super helpful! Heated bathroom floor a nice touch. Will definitely stay again. Secure luggage storage available. 👍

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. Its location near the pedestrian zone made it easy for us to explore all the touristic attractions in the center. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the sitting area and in-room safe. The hotel provided excellent services such as room service and housekeeping. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to many amenities. The room was spacious and clean, the towels were fresh and the bed linen was comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with basic amenities and had a powerful shower that was perfect for the cold weather.

The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was terrible and the food selection was limited. When we asked for some hot food, it was clear that it had been left sitting out for hours and was not fresh. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. The absence of an elevator was also a major inconvenience when carrying our bags up the stairs.
