We were amazed by the level of service at Ambassade. When we arrived early for check-in, Linda made sure our room was ready right away. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and provide recommendations. The room itself was stunning, with high ceilings and a beautiful view of the canal. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff always ensured we were taken care of. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the float pods. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, suggesting other hotels for when I return since this place was fully booked. From check-in to check-out, they treated me with the best service possible. The room amenities were fantastic, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, such as room service, car hire, and airport shuttle. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, offering massages and a relaxing spa lounge. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The rooms varied in size and location, but all were comfortable and well-maintained. We particularly loved the recent renovations, especially the new wet room style bathrooms. The temperature control options in the rooms were a major plus, allowing us to enjoy fresh air or keep the rooms cool at night. The breakfast room and other public areas had a lovely, calming atmosphere amidst the bustling city.
