The staff is helpful and attentive, and the hotel even has a free shuttle service to the city center, making it convenient for exploring.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist information center in the old town, making it easy to find. it is easily accessible from the airport, eliminating any transportation troubles. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One disappointment was the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room, as advertised.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the main road and plenty of nearby restaurants. It was also conveniently located near Parliament Hill and offered great views. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern, with all the necessary amenities.

The gym was small and under equipped, which was a bit disappointing for those who like to work out during their travels.

We had a great stay at this place! The location worked well for us as a free shuttle is available to take you into Old Town Quebec. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions to the City Center. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa center. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location was perfect, with everything we needed in Quebec City just a short drive away. Being right near the bridge was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and its tourist attractions. The hotel itself was top-notch, with excellent service from the reception staff. They were always attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The room amenities were fantastic, with a comfortable sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep, and the staff's service, from dry cleaning to housekeeping, was impeccable. We also appreciated the welcome drink and pet amenities available for our furry friend.

For us it was ideal.

We had a great time during our recent trip. the hotel's color scheme was pleasant and the staff was polite and efficient. We enjoyed the complimentary champagne and the breakfast buffet at the restaurant was fabulous. the location is close to the airport and within reasonable distance from popular tourist attractions.

The hotel felt a bit far from some of the attractions and getting around using public transit might have been challenging. we had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Sepia for 3 nights during our visit to the area. The room was impeccably clean with a comfortable bed and a nice shower, although a bit more counter space would have been handy. The hotel's location suited our needs well, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the convenience of having an on-site restaurant, although reservations were required for lunch and dinner. The added bonus of a Nespresso machine in the room was a great touch. Although we had a car, the hotel also offered daily shuttles to and from Quebec City. a very pleasant stay.
