The lobby of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of the canal and a cozy fireplace. It really set the tone for a charming stay. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating, willing to assist with any requests. One thing I really enjoyed was the bar and restaurant in the lobby - they had a great selection of drinks and the lattes were delicious.

One major downside was the location of the hotel. It was quite far from the main city center, making it inconvenient if you wanted to rely on public transportation.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with excellent service, especially Suki the manager who gave us insider information on what to see. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to our friends.

I was blown away by their willingness to go above and beyond, with one staff member even making a reservation for me within walking distance. The hotel facilities are also amazing, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire. I also loved the room amenities with a pillow menu, mini-bar, and soundproofed rooms.

I had such a pleasant surprise during my stay at the Apollo Hotel Amsterdam! The hotel felt like a true luxury experience, even though it was rated as a four-star. The restaurants and communal areas were impeccably maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have one with a window box, which made my weekend in Amsterdam even more special.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of USB fittings in the room for charging devices and a disconnected phone reception, the overall experience was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful decor, and I especially loved the welcoming plants in the hallways.
