The location of the hotel is fantastic, surrounded by several parks and in close proximity to both the beach and the city center. Additionally, being near the Art Museum provides easy access to cultural attractions. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with modern decor and great soundproofing. The shower room is excellent and the beds are really comfortable. The hotel also offers a large breakfast and helpful reception staff.

The cleaning service at the hotel is not up to par. Despite complaining about a dirty toilet, it was not properly cleaned even after multiple requests.

The hotel apartment was very clean and well equipped. They had a gym and laundry facilities, which was convenient. The staff was helpful and nice. It was a nice touch to receive croissants when checking in.

The location was quite far from the center and there was only one tram line. It was exhausting to always rely on the tram to get back to the apartment.

Had a decent Easter vacation at this hotel. Liked the free parking and complimentary coffee and tea in the room. the location was great, close to public transportation and a few restaurants. Also enjoyed the walk-in shower which was a nice touch.

The kitchenette was poorly equipped, with only a few pots and pans. And the TV was outdated, with no option to watch Netflix or any streaming services.

Couldn't believe there wasn't a Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. How else am I supposed to eat?

Comfortable and quiet suite on the 4th floor. Pleasant view out to trees. Efficiently built apartment with a kitchenette and dining table. Welcoming staff and a nice cafe-type reception area. Convenient location for our needs.
