The hotel had a very modern reception area with a welcoming bar and an outdoor terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. The executive room on the first floor was well-appointed with comfortable beds and a jacuzzi-style bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hotel is located in an affluent area with nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. the WiFi was reliable and the room size was quite spacious.

The elevator was excruciatingly slow, and the noise of the garbage truck outside the window in the morning was a bit disruptive. The TV options were limited, especially for casual content in English.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious executive rooms with a whirlpool bath and all-inclusive mini bar. The staff was friendly and welcoming, giving us a glass of fizz upon arrival. It was a pleasant surprise to be upgraded to an executive room as the "pick of the day". The hotel's location, although a bit far from the city center, was perfect for us since we spent most of our time in Vondelpark and the less touristy outskirts of the city.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the location was ideal. We especially enjoyed the canapes that were served while we were waiting for our rooms. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we were very impressed with the room service. The bartender was also fantastic. we had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
