The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering excellent room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. We were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel provided tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Recently refurbished, clean rooms and improved pool. Delicious breakfast and meals. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

We had the wellness special package which included a 3 course meal, a facial treatment, a bath at the spa center, use of the wellness facilities, and one night in a twin bedroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was lovely, in the middle of the woods. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel also had a good size gym, a pool, and a squash court. a great stay and I will be going back! The breakfast was also delicious and included in the package. The hotel is perfect for nature lovers who also appreciate comfort and a good start to the day.

Enjoyed Easter at the hotel with great amenities. the wellness facilities, including sauna, steam room, and outdoor sauna, were exceptional. the food in the restaurant was of the highest quality.

The room needed better upkeep, such as proper maintenance of lamps and furniture doors. the sound insulation between the rooms was inadequate, causing disruptive noises.

Great location, comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent facilities, immediate access to the forest.
