We had an amazing stay at a charming old-world hotel. the Palace, Hotel & Spa transported us back in time with its beautiful, atmospheric old building. the staff were incredibly helpful and nice, making our experience even more enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also loved the location, as it was conveniently close to the wineries in the area.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Palace, Hotel & Spa in Curia. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and willing to help. the building itself is impressive, with an old-time charm that creates a unique atmosphere. the common areas are beautifully designed and inviting. the hotel's surroundings, both inside and outside, are picturesque, especially the park of the old main thermal complex. We were delighted to find a large Olympic size pool, which, although a little rundown, added to the hotel's allure. the small spa, with its indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and sento bath, provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Despite the rooms being small, they were sufficiently comfortable with good beds. the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. the only downside was the lack of WiFi in the rooms due to the thick walls. it worked well in the common areas. the breakfast was of good quality and had a decent variety, while the dinner was enjoyable in terms of both setting and taste. our 10th anniversary stay was perfect - the Palace, Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations in every way.

The staff is super friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The Olympic size pool, despite needing some repairs, is still a great spot to relax. The hotel is surrounded by excellent areas for walking or running, making it a perfect pick for those who love outdoor activities. The entire setting of the hotel is so beautiful, you'll feel like you're living in a postcard.

The overall state of the hotel was shabby and in need of maintenance. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dirty carpets and curtains falling off their hooks.

Walking into the hotel feels like stepping back in time to the luxurious lifestyles of the belle époque. The exterior and lobby are truly magical, with a caged elevator adding to the old-world charm. The beautiful gardens and exterior pool provide a picturesque setting. The breakfast service impressed with its variety and choice.

The only working elevator is located in the main lobby, which can be inconvenient for guests staying in rooms far from the reception area.

Our room was beautifully decorated with rose petals, and we were even greeted with a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolate cake. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our safety during these times, with thorough sanitization measures and careful attention to detail. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, all wrapped in cling film for hygiene. the restaurant was top-notch, offering refined and flavorful meals at affordable prices. the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Fernanda, who made our stay even more special. the hotel itself is a stunning blend of 1920s charm and modern amenities. the well-maintained building and formal gardens were a delight to explore. the hotel even has a small farm with adorable animals to visit. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the Bairrada region, known for its delicious espumante wines, and close to the famous Melheada for suckling pigs. We can't thank the staff enough for making our anniversary unforgettable.

The Belle Epoch decor of the hotel created a truly elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The grand stairways and grounds added to the sense of stately calm. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the service excellent. I also enjoyed swimming in the pristine outdoor pool. it was an amazing step back in time.
