The hotel is located in a very nice area, busy enough without being overwhelmingly crowded. It is seemingly close to a charming church that started ringing the hour at 5am. Additionally, it is situated in Utrecht's delightful museum quarter, near the museums. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff provided excellent service.

The location of the hotel is amazing, with beautiful views of the canal and being conveniently close to the museum quarter. It was easy to access from the train station and within walking distance to many attractions in the city.

the location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old town. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Thirdly, the rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the historical charm and the lovely balcony that offered a great view of the surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast included with our stay was simply delicious. It was a great way to start our day of exploring.

I had an amazing experience staying at this boutique hotel. The location is simply perfect, right next to a beautiful canal in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to explore the city center and it was just a short walk from the train station. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and the service was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and a variety of options. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.

The location right in the center of the old town was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. And the icing on the cake was the breakfast included in the price, providing a delicious start to my day.

Our stay at Boutique Hotel Zies was exceptional. The beautifully decorated room with a lovely balcony was a perfect place to relax. The location was great, with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the wine tasting at the adjoined bar/restaurant. I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Zies for a wonderful stay.
