There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is located in a safe area just off the main thoroughfare, which is perfect for those who need good access to important locations and the main sights of the city, such as the Hermitage and the Church on Spilled Blood. The staff at the front desk were professional, kind, and provided excellent service, even offering us early check-in free of charge. The hotel is also committed to being eco-friendly without compromising on cleanliness standards.

The soundproofing in some areas of the hotel could be improved.

Conveniently located near bus stop and offers bike rentals. Window can be opened in the room. Friendly employees assist with planning day trips. Stylish restaurant. Adjoining rooms available for larger parties.

We chose to stay at this charming hotel for its easy access and chilled atmosphere, and we were not disappointed. The dining room and evening menu were enjoyable, and we loved having a quiet space to sit outside for our morning coffee. The hotel's location in a characterful little town was a definite plus.

We did encounter a couple of drawbacks. the room we were assigned was equipped for disabled people without our request, which made it slightly inconvenient for us.
