Just returned from a wonderful stay at Fitz Roy in Maastricht. The hotel had a beautiful design and was incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we enjoyed a drink in the lovely courtyard. The staff at the reception and restaurant were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight, as we were able to order exactly what we wanted instead of the usual buffet. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food was superb. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

The manager and his wife were really nice and had a great sense of humour. Excellent gourmet "surprise" menu. French friends who lived in Maastricht say it's the best restaurant there. Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous and spacious room. Fresh and modern ambiance. Festive room decor. Close to the center, 15 min walk from the station.
