I was extremely frustrated with the lack of basic amenities. The check-in process was late, and there were various extra fees that made the stay feel overpriced. The room was cramped and made it uncomfortable for two people to move around, especially with a bathroom designed for one. This experience left a sour taste, and I certainly won't be returning.

The room was incredibly cramped. the bed occupied over 90% of the space, leaving us with no room to breathe. There was no desk to work at, and we had to find coat hangers hidden behind a mirror that was oddly dusty. To top it all off, the room wasn't cleaned or even offered to be cleaned during my stay, making the experience feel more like a hostel than a hotel. The lack of basic amenities left me frustrated.

the air conditioning was time-controlled, which was just so charmingly inconvenient. and I absolutely woudl ve loved a kettle for hot drinks, it’s quite shocking to think there wasn't one. if only I received the special treatment I so richly deserved, this could have been a decent stay. but alas, I just couldn’t sing praises. disappointed, really.
