The hotel is conveniently located near SM Mall and other establishments, making it easy to access everything you need. It is also close to the port, providing a convenient gateway to Iloilo. The rooms are comfortable, with comfortable beds and readily accessible pools. The staff is kind and accommodating, going the extra mile to help guests.

The breakfast offerings lack variety and the service can be inconsistent.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel was a great experience! the two complementary bottles of water and the delicious welcome snack were a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel near a large shopping mall and the sea-port was perfect for exploring the local area. the sea view from the room was amazing, and the bathroom facilities were very clean and well-maintained.

There were some negatives to the hotel experience. the food was not up to the standard we were hoping for, with limited vegetarian options and lukewarm hot chocolate.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as limited wifi access and having to collect breakfast vouchers daily, the overall experience at Acacia Hotel was pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with any concerns. The hotel's location near SM was convenient for shopping and dining options. I would recommend Acacia Hotel Bacolod for a comfortable stay in Bacolod.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, just a short walk from the sea-port and a nearby convenience store. the room, although small, had a lovely sea view and the bathroom was clean and adequate. the staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and courteous, even going the extra mile to move our room when we had a complaint. They also had eco-friendly practices in place, which was commendable. we give this hotel a 7 out of 10, based on the average of food, facilities, and staff.

As a tourist, I loved the comfortable beds at Acacia Hotel. The hotel's location is convenient, with a nearby Merzci branch and SM Bacolod within walking distance. Additionally, being close to the port area for roro was a plus. The staff in charge of housekeeping were incredibly nice and accommodated all my requests.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.
