Great location, just a few steps away from the city center and many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information we needed. the room was clean and had all the amenities we expected.

They were not as clean as we expected and it was inconvenient to have to wait for other guests to finish using them. the bed was uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping.

I had a great stay at Familie Hotel & Apartments in Alkmaar. The central location made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the nearby restaurants. Despite the shared bathroom, it was always clean and well-maintained. Plus, the owner was always available and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.
