We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. It is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions. The hotel is just steps away from the zoo entrance, which was a fantastic experience. We also loved how close it was to supermarkets, a mall, and plenty of restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we heard from other guests that the buffet was delicious. The only downside we experienced was the challenge of transporting the breakfast to our room due to the use of the room key.

Modern, clean, superior beds. Great location, walkable to sites. Good restaurant, friendly staff. Good food, comfortable sleep.

Spending the Christmas holidays at this hotel was a great experience. the spacious rooms and clean, modern bathrooms were very impressive. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty choices to choose from. We also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, as it was situated right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

the Wi-Fi was not very reliable and the elevators were fairly slow. Lastly, we found the soap dispenser in the bathroom to be a bit inconvenient, as it didn't offer any additional toiletries.
