As foreign tourists, we loved the vibrant neighborhood with plenty of great places to eat. The room and bathroom were clean.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The penthouse suite was absolutely amazing, with a spacious and comfortable bed. I loved having access to Netflix on the TV, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The showers were standard but still satisfying. The best part was the large balcony/terrace, offering a decent view and a great place to enjoy the fresh air. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure my stay was comfortable. I really appreciated their assistance.

While the location of this hotel is great, with just a short walk to reach the city center, it is a bit far from the central station. If you plan on spending time near there, be prepared for a long walk back.

Great location near popular attractions and easy access to transportation. The staff were always helpful and available 24/7 through messaging app. The penthouse room had a large terrace and great views. Bonus point for the double security measure on the property. Plenty of dining options in the area.

The value for money at the hotel was great and the room was beautifully decorated. The location was convenient, close to the tram and lovely restaurants, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options.

The hotel is located at a convenient distance from the major attractions making it a great base for exploring the city. The rooms are modern and well-equipped making our stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and approachable and the cleaning was done daily.

The showers could use some improvement as they tended to leak water onto the bathroom floor.

The hotel's location in the city center was excellent, with easy access to all the major places. We were able to reach the Centraal station quickly with two tram routes nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

My room on the 6th floor had a spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower cabin, and a large roof terrace with great views. Despite some small flaws, I would recommend this hotel for its overall value and comfort.

We loved staying here for its fantastic location, just a short tram ride away from all the main attractions. It was amazing to be able to explore everything we wanted to in the city and easily get back to our hotel. The neighborhood was very nice with great restaurants and bars, making it a really enjoyable area to stay. The service was exceptional with dry cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping available, as well as a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were perfect, with everything we needed like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and comfortable sitting area.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was greatly pleased with the two complementary drinks offered at the lobby bar upon check-in. the hotel's location was also spot on with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the gorgeous view of the city skyline from my room's window.

My stay was accompanied by a few negative experiences. the air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep.
