Amazing spacious room and incredible breakfast variety!

Breakfast buffet had excellent local ingredients.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, offering thoughtful insights about the city. We loved our spacious, immaculate room, complete with soft bathrobes and a magical view over the canal. Breakfast was a feast, featuring fresh local ingredients that opened our mornings on a high note. The lush gardens provided the perfect backdrop to unwind after a day of exploring Utrecht's charming streets.

The relaxing garden areas and cheerful staff made the stay enjoyable. The spacious room was immaculate and had quality amenities, including soft bathrobes and a well-stocked refrigerator.

The wellness facilities felt limited, and some areas of the hotel appeared outdated, detracting from the luxurious feel expected at this price point.

Sweet as hotel but the pool water was a bit murky and the breakfast could have had more options, like a decent variety of pastries. Staff were super friendly, though!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and the beautiful bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me find my forgotten earphones, showcasing their attentive service. I highly recommend enjoying a drink in the lovely gardens. I’m definitely coming back for a weekend.

The pool area was a bit small and not ideal for swimming. Also, one of my meals was dry and cold on the plate, which was disappointing.

I loved how I could easily walk to the Dom Tower and the beautiful canals area, making my city strolls so enjoyable and filled with interesting sights. plus, the surrounding parks offered the perfect spots to relax after a day of exploring.
