I recently stayed at The Happy Traveler for a few nights while visiting the university. The location was incredibly convenient, with a back exit that led right into the university backyard. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a kettle with unlimited teabags and an iron. The spacious bathroom and well-designed corridors with inspiring quotes added to the overall pleasant experience. The buffet breakfast was decent, and the friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. I especially loved the cool vibe of world travel throughout the hotel.

We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing earplugs, which came in handy for the occasional noise from the nearby cafe. Our city break was fantastic! the warm welcome we received made our stay even more enjoyable! the complimentary drink offered was perfect to unwind after our journey. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, offering great views of the city. the key location allowed us to explore all the city’s landmarks and visit the University. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of vegan options. we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely city break!

The only thing we can think of is that one of our rooms lacked toiletries while the other had them. It wasn't a big deal, but maybe it could be improved.

Great location and friendly staff. Lift to the rooms, which are well-equipped with fridge, microwave, and cutlery. Secure parking for motorcycles available. Despite noise outside, I slept well with earplugs. The owners were attentive and welcoming.
