We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach in a quiet residential area. the staff was super helpful when we had an issue with air conditioning, quickly resolving it by offering us another apartment. Parking was convenient, and the beautiful garden provided a lovely spot to relax.

Just a few blocks from south beach, great for a quick dip or beach walk. the communication was solid, always someone available just a message away. Plus, the cozy villa setup made a nice change from the usual hotel room vibe.

Check-in is all online, no human interaction, which can feel a bit impersonal. the water in the shower switches from hot to cold after 3 mins, which is a bit of a shocker.

Our top-floor apartment was plagued by bed bugs, causing significant distress and inconvenience. Despite being offered to move to another unit, the infestation had spread, leading to further discomfort and worries about bringing the pests home.
