The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to the subway and within walking distance of most attractions. The room and bathroom were adequate and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, offering a nice selection of items.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - City Hall for my first visit to Europe with my son. The staff, especially Eva, Sammy, and Dolca, were incredibly warm. They went out of their way to guide us about the city and make us feel welcome. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and I enjoyed the unique cold cuts for breakfast. Despite my jet lag, I had fascinating conversations about humanity and the world with Sammy at 4.30 am in the lobby. A big thank you to the entire team!

Felt like relaxing at home, no reason to complain.

This hotel is located in a new and quiet area, but close enough to walk to the centre. Rooms on the second to last floor have a wonderful view from the window and are equipped with everything one needs when travelling. The breakfast is great, with good coffee and mixed fruit, and even gluten-free bread.

All was perfect, with nothing to complain about.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - City Hall for a short vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a calm yet central area. Our room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff at the reception were incredibly accommodating and polite, and they helped us with all our inquiries. The buffet breakfast was well-stocked and available until late, which was a great convenience. We also appreciated the option to securely store our bags before and after our stay, allowing us to explore the city without any hassle.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to many cultural attractions, restaurants and stores. Although our room had limited storage, the staff was quick to provide us with extra towels and hangers upon request. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was well-maintained. we had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express.

We got two complementary drinks and waffles at check-in which was a nice touch. the hotel is located in a great area for couples as it's close to restaurants and bars. the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

We ended up waiting over an hour for our room. the breakfast was only continental and did not offer any cooked foods, which was a letdown.
