Our stay at The Majestic Hotel was absolutely incredible! We enjoyed the spacious Double Room with Volcano View, featuring a large balcony perfect for sunset views. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a variety of options, including daily specials and vegan alternatives. The 24-hour reception and games room made things even more enjoyable for our group. We loved swimming in the large pool and unwinding with special treatments from the spa, including a complimentary facial that left us feeling pampered. A short 10-minute walk brought us into the lively Fira center, or we could catch a bus right outside the hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making our experience even better.

The facilities showed signs of aging, with uneven maintenance affecting overall comfort. Additionally, the inconsistent Wi-Fi made it troublesome to stay connected during my stay, impacting the experience for those needing reliable internet.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several aspects. The noise from the busy road outside was intrusive, especially during the nights I've stayed in the garden view room. While the reception staff was friendly, I found the overall service to be noticeably slow, particularly at the pool bar on Holy Spirit day. Additionally, the volcano view room had an unfortunate view of a local landfill, which detracted from the otherwise beautiful surroundings.

Staying at The Majestic Hotel was like living inside a postcard – every sunset was an Instagram highlight reel! Our room, a spacious Double Room with Volcano View, was larger than my first apartment and had a balcony just perfect for playing card games with the kids after lounging by the pool. The breakfast buffet was so extensive, I felt like I was at a brunch buffet for champions. And let’s not forget those mind-blowing cocktails at the pool bar – I might have tried one too many! Amazing staff and views that made my heart leap. Honestly, more luxurious than a five-star palace, minus the crown jewels!

Stunning views of the caldera, and the large, comfy room made for a delightful stay. Great spots around the property to chill and soak in the atmosphere. Service was top-notch, so helpful when I needed assistance!

However, the shower door was a bit too short—it's like they were playing hide and seek with my shampoo! Also, some furniture choices seemed more for people who love looking at them than actually sitting on them.

We had an awesome group trip! The hotel was close enough for a 10-minute walk to grab lunch and explore. The pools were perfect for hanging out, and the breakfast offered so many tasty options. Definitely try the cocktails by the pool bar—they're top-notch! The staff is super friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
