Great location, just a short walk to the subway station and convenient ferry service to downtown. The staff at the reception were friendly and provided good customer service. One of the best aspects was the amazing view from the room, with plenty of natural light and a lovely view of the river.

The breakfast options were limited and the quality was not the best. The hot options were minimal, and they frequently ran out of cutlery.

Excellent views and very very quiet. Not in the downtown which, nevertheless, is readily accessible via tube : 5 min walk and 1 or 2 stations depending on your liking.

Poor service, the lack of communication with the staff. Services paid but not received, and they tried to make me pay again for them at check-out!

This hotel is conveniently located near the free ferry to downtown, giving guests easy access to all the city has to offer. Additionally, it is located close to the metro which can take you to various destinations with ease. Guests will enjoy being just a 7 minute walk away from the train station to the centre of the city.

There was an issue with the fire alarms during my stay, which went off twice in the middle of the night.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us - a bit outside of the tourist area, but easily accessible to the center by metro or the free ferry. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the little touches, like the welcome drink and the free toiletries in the room. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food and was of good quality.

Elevator issues.

Our room had a whole wall of large windows which gave us a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful view. The breakfast was tasty and good, with a nice variety of options. The staff were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The food at the restaurant was top-notch, with a great variety and excellent quality. The staff was attentive and always made sure that everything was fully stocked. The location was quiet, just a 15-minute walk from the main station. Our room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. We especially loved the panoramic window overlooking the Main Canal. The check-in and check-out process was quick, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the lounge and restaurant inside the hotel. Another bonus was the free connection ferries, including one that ran all night. a very nice hotel with great amenities and a convenient location.

We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the spacious bathroom with the anti-fogging mirror. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of food, and the staff were cooperative and ready to help. The hotel's location, although a bit of a walk from the metro station, was convenient for accessing Amsterdam Central via the ferry.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - North Riverside, An Ihg. The hotel is lovely and clean, with a welcoming lobby and a spacious room. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices and was included in the price of the stay. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, providing a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.

As a backpacker, I loved the spacious rooms with a lovely view. The hotel's brand new facilities and kind staff made my stay even better. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food, perfect for starting the day.

We had a nice romantic weekend, but there were some things that could have been better. Some complementary facts were offered, and the location was quite convenient since it was not in the hustle and bustle of the city. We also enjoyed the fantastic view from our room.

But, there were a few downsides to our stay. the breakfast was quite repetitive, and there were no options for those who have dietary restrictions.
