The value for money at Holiday Inn Express was great! The room was spacious, clean, and had both air conditioning and opening windows. The location was perfect, right near the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety and higher quality food items.

The receptionists are friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the city center, railway station, and river. As friends who enjoy going out at night, we appreciated the superb tandem parking and the secure room dedicated for bicycles. It felt as safe as a fortress, giving us peace of mind. Additionally, there were several dining options nearby, including a great Indian restaurant, making it a perfect spot for food lovers.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was absolutely superb, with everything being a walking distance away. The hotel is situated right in the center of the city, close to the shopping area, central train station, and next to the Albert Heijn supermarket. Additionally, it is conveniently located next to the city center and there are many restaurants, bars, and stores nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was also exceptional, with the rooms being very clean and the bathrooms nicely maintained. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. we were impressed with the hotel facilities and the comfortable and modern rooms.

We chose Holiday Inn Express because of its perfect location near the main railway station and the city center. the staff was very kind and helpful during our stay, especially when we had issues with renting a bike. the hotel even offers bike rentals, although it's only for adults and not for kids. the room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of town but in a relatively quiet area. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, with either a big bed, 2 separate beds, or a desk for work. The breakfast offers options for all tastes, including vegetarians and vegans. The Wi-Fi is also excellent.

This hotel is a great choice for any business traveler. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Two perks stood out to me: the free parking and the complimentary breakfast. the location couldn't be better for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of restaurants and attractions a short walk away. Plus, the hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained.

While my stay was mostly positive, there was one small issue I encountered. the showers in the rooms had inconsistent water temperature, sometimes changing several degrees in a matter of seconds.

Plus, there was a fantastic store right across the street where I could purchase anything I might have forgotten or wanted. I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet street just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and bars. The room had efficient air-con, a great shower, and plenty of space in the bathroom. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been more exciting and flavorful.

The hotel had excellent, clean and comfortable rooms with great beds. The central location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, it was a pleasant 20-minute walk to the football stadium. The staff were very helpful in arranging two rooms with communicating doors.

On the positive side, the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the center of the city. It was also conveniently close to Arnhem Centraal Station and local trollybus services. the included breakfast offered a great start to the day with a variety of choices.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room, such as tear and hole in the pillowcase and dust on the TV.
