I recently stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurghada for a week with my mother. We originally booked at another hotel but had to find a new one due to poor standards. Jungle Aqua Park welcomed us late at night and gave us a beautiful room with great facilities. The staff went above and beyond, from the helpful cleaner to the friendly restaurant and reception staff. The hotel has an amazing aqua park with multiple pools, including heated ones, and plenty of green areas. The variety of food at the seven different restaurants was impressive. I also loved the swim-up pool view from our room and the charming design of the bungalows. The presence of a pharmacy and clinic on-site was a bonus, and the hotel's proximity to Senzo Mall was convenient. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Jungle Aqua Park.

The resort's staff are helpful and courteous, with an excellent follow-up service. The aqua park offers fun and adventurous rides for all ages. The quality and variety of food offered at the several restaurants has significantly improved. The nightly entertainment offers programs for all tastes and ages, including kids. The rooms and bungalows are very clean and the housekeeping is commendable.

The Mediterranean restaurant in 2000 area is highly recommended for its delicious foods and impeccable service. The stunning view of the sea from the restaurant creates a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, the spacious and clean bathrooms in the rooms are impressive. The breakfast options are varied and well-prepared.

The hotel lacks adequate Wi-Fi coverage in some parts of the complex.

We absolutely loved the amenities here, especially the aqua park which was suitable for all ages. The availability of many pools and big pool sides for each room group really absorbed crowds, ensuring that we always had privacy and relaxation. We also appreciated the fresh and delicious food, which was always baked for us instantly.

The check-in process was made easy and the front desk staff, Mr. Sameh, was very helpful. The food at the hotel was great with lots of variety. The swimming pools were wonderful and clean, especially Aqua. The room was good and comfortable.

Great variety of food, comfortable rooms, and amazing entertainment program every night. We loved the waterslides and had a blast playing mini golf. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas vacation, we received two complementary facts, the weather was warm, and the beach was relatively clean. the beach was located close to our room, and the view from our room was breathtaking. We enjoyed the various water activities near the beach and exploring the city.

This hotel is a great value for money with rooms located centrally around the water park. The staff and service are attentive and basic amenities such as a fridge stocked daily with water are provided. The pool view rooms with great showers and drinks available are a plus. Lastly, breakfast is a delightful treat.

wow, Hurghada keeps getting better! Stayed at Pickalbatros and they truly surpassed expectations. Even on a budget, their upgrades, clean rooms, and fabulous dining options blew me away. The aqua park was a major hit with the kids too!
