I was in Rotterdam for a short business trip and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The rate was very competitive for such a convenient location. The hotel offers a nice and traditional continental breakfast that is always included in the stay. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and provided me with a complementary city map, showing me all the local landmarks, attractions, food options, and shopping areas. The upper-level room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable, and I especially loved the bathroom's night blue lighting for late-night trips.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for a weekend trip, as it was practically next to the central station. I loved that it was situated on Weena, close to the Centraal Station and shops, making it convenient for transportation and shopping. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the spacious layout with a large desk and cozy armchair was great for both work and relaxation. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a nice selection of food, and the cheerful staff promptly cleaned the tables and replenished the food, even towards the end of breakfast hours.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the rooms are basic but comfortable, featuring large beds and all basic amenities that you need. Plus, the breakfast is always included and tasty, even though it doesn't offer scramble eggs.

As party people, we loved the central location just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and Judith from the breakfast room went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of cereals, fresh fruits, cold meats & cheeses, and crispy breadrolls. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities.

The rooms were very cozy and comfortable which gave me a good night's sleep. the cleaning staff did a great job with the cleanliness of the rooms. the breakfast served was excellent and had a wide variety of items.

I felt that the reception staff could have been more welcoming and cheerful as they were a bit clinical and distant, which made me feel uncomfortable. It would have been great if the hotel offered a better view of the city and provided more information on the local attractions.
