We had a smooth check-in process at Arsenaal. The rooms were clean, modern, and complimented the historic building. The bar was welcoming and the breakfast had a great variety of options. We also appreciated the availability of parking and the convenience of online check-out. But above all, the friendly and polite nature of the staff made our stay most enjoyable.

The lobby, lounge, and dining areas are lovely, and the location is perfect - hidden yet close to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and Brett went above and beyond to assist me with my research. The bed was comfy, the shower had great pressure, and the view of the adjacent canal was stunning. a charming and memorable stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, as well as the free WiFi. the hotel is located near both the city center and public transport, making it easy to get around. the breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a great assortment of foods to choose from.

My stay was marred by the noise level in the hotel - there was a lot of foot traffic outside of my room that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the decor in the room was outdated and could use a refresh.
