The database provided had a user-friendly interface, making it easy to search for information. the room with a view was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline. the ambience was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit spotty, making it challenging to work efficiently on my laptop.

My wife and I recently stayed at Sunset Bay for our trip to Kochi. The staff were attentive, gracious, and kind. The hotel has a boutique Portuguese style, with cosy, modern, and clean rooms and bathrooms. The attention to detail was impressive. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local sights and the Biennale. The breakfasts, especially the South Indian breakfasts, were delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Kochi - incredible value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were courteous and caring, always welcoming us with a smile. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and we could get them cleaned every day. The location was very convenient, with most tourist attractions within walking distance. The breakfast, especially the dosas and omelette, were fluffy, soft, and tasty. The hotel provided shower gel and shampoo. the hotel facilities and staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

No negatives.
