We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly atmosphere at Clemens. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage, making our stay hassle-free. The complimentary drinks and nibbles in the lounge were a nice touch. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

stayed at a charming family-run hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. Staff went above and beyond with thoughtful gestures and recommendations. Cats, good breakfast, and free tea/coffee were added bonuses.

Steep and numerous stairs, no lift.

The staff at Clemens were incredibly helpful, suggesting great places to eat, helping with wifi issues, arranging transportation, and offering the use of their clothes dryer. They made us feel like family!

Felt like it was our own home, no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay with the hotel staff being polite and helpful. The location is superb, being very close to Dam Square and other attractions in the immediate area. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was first class.
