The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the Royal Palace. The apartment itself was stunning, with a beautiful decor that made me feel like I was in Paris. The little balcony was a lovely touch and provided a nice spot to relax. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were friendly and helpful. I even had the option to store my luggage after check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the view of the park and palace from my window. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Oriente Palace Apartments for anyone visiting Madrid.

The basic amenities are available, although it would have been nice to have a few more electric sockets and a full-sized mirror. Breakfast is included in the price and consists of orange juice, coffee, and a croissant.

The mattress, pillows, and peaceful sleep were very comfortable. Mihaela, the girl at the reception, was sweet, helpful, and spoke excellent English.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right on the edge of the city center, so you get the benefits of being close to all the main attractions without being overwhelmed by the crowds. And if you're like me and prefer walking everywhere, this hotel is perfect as you can reach most places on foot. The staff here are really friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable with lovely views of the Royal Palace gardens. Plus, there's a great little bakery next door if you fancy grabbing breakfast on the go.
