Some guests mentioned that the stairs to the rooms were steep and that noise from people walking above or bottles being dumped could be heard, which may slightly disrupt sleep.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of The Netherlands, allowing for easy access to various amenities. It is situated right in the middle of Elburg, a picturesque town full of character. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are appropriately sized and appointed, offering a cozy and clean atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the fabulous freshly cooked breakfast, with delightful options like little croissants.

That the reception was not open, requiring us to call to have it opened.

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with modern bathrooms on the second floor. I also loved the breakfast, which was served in the room and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is located in the heart of the historical town. It's a perfect location for those who want to explore the area. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the tapas for dinner were a definite highlight. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

The curtains were not able to be drawn open and the smell from the fan outside the window was unpleasant. the bike got tempered with from the hotel garage, which was a major inconvenience.
