Excellent facilities and service, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet provided a wide range of delicious options and the rooms were exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and great views. The location near the beautiful beach and various activities for children made for a fun-filled and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Everything was spot on.

I had an amazing stay at a beachfront resort. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea right outside my room. The staff was polite and friendly, always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a big bathtub and a comfy balcony. The breakfast at the main restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes. The resort also had two different restaurants that catered to different preferences.

The lack of activities for teenagers. It would have been great to have services like bicycle rentals or beach activities to keep them entertained throughout the stay.

The food at the resort was top-notch with a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes that were freshly prepared and well-balanced in taste. The service was prompt, and the staff were attentive. The private beach was a great feature, and there were good varieties of breakfast. It's a perfect choice for a short getaway, especially for families with kids who can enjoy the kid pool, kids club, beach, and even bikes with child seats.

Felt that the housekeeping took quite long to respond and had to be reminded multiple times about certain requests.

The service at Westin was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even surprising us with a cake for our anniversary. The cleanliness of the rooms, pool and beach was impressive. I especially appreciated their efforts towards sustainability. I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the romantic atmosphere of the hotel. The fluffy bed was perfect for cuddles, and the essential oil provided a relaxing sleep. The shuttle bus service was convenient for getting around, and we loved being close to the beach. Plus, the longer breakfast time was a bonus.

The parking fee was a hassle every time we left the hotel. , the food variety was lacking, and the prices were too high for what was offered.

Despite the overall luxurious experience, the lack of beach umbrellas was a minor inconvenience. However, the exceptional service and private facilities, such as the sauna and spa lounge, more than made up for it.
