My stay at this hotel was perfect. The location was ideal, with easy access to the entire city through nearby metro and tram stops. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with fresh linen provided daily and thorough cleaning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff, including Luigii Orsini, Philip, and Reinhardt, were welcoming and incredibly helpful.

Hotel Emma in Rotterdam exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, I was impressed with the exceptional service and amenities provided. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for my stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with lots of restaurants and bars around. It was right in the middle of the city, between the two major train stations, making transportation incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel allowed for temporary car parking near the property, which made unloading my luggage hassle-free.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Rotterdam. the location couldn't be more ideal. It is just a short walk from the central train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable. From the cleanliness to the well-maintained rooms with large windows, everything was top-notch. Lastly, the breakfast spread, though lacking bacon and scrambled eggs, was still delicious and refreshing. The self-made orange juice was a delightful touch.

We had a very brief stay at a lovely and comfortable room in Hotel Emma. The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed were outstanding. The staff was excellent, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The included breakfast was a bonus and they even accommodated our early start. it was a lovely stay.

While the hotel had some minor drawbacks, such as being a bit noisy due to the main road and the reception being a bit dated and time-consuming during check-in, these were overshadowed by the positive aspects of our stay.

I stayed at Hotel Emma for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The central location made it convenient for me to explore all the main sights on foot. I also loved that I could park my car for free at the nearby P+R Capelsebrug and easily take the train to the city center, as the station is right in front of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The presence of an elevator was also a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had a great central location, just a short walk from the train station and the city center. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was of good quality. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The selection of TV channels was limited for English-speaking guests, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the hotel key system had some issues and we had to get them fixed multiple times.
