We had a wonderful stay at Excelsior. the hotel was well-maintained, with a very neat room and a clean bathroom. the hotel manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were impressed with the excellent service and the delicious breakfast provided. the location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside the hotel allowing for easy access to the seaside and downtown. Thanks for the hospitality!

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location right on a tram line makes it convenient to reach the city centre easily. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are clean and tidy, with the added bonus of an external balcony for the front bedrooms. The breakfast offered is of high quality, including fresh strawberries and it is included in the price.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, offering all the necessary amenities. The staff takes pride in providing exceptional service and making guests feel well cared for. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers good WIFI and is conveniently located for business trips.

The hotel's WIFI connection can be improved, especially in certain rooms where the streaming speeds are slow with frequent outages.

Great location! We were able to walk to the Museum of Art and visit the beach which were both very convenient. the breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the cozy and vintage decoration of the hotel, it was a great experience.

Our experience was unfortunately not very pleasant. the heating system didn't work and even though we complained to the staff, they weren't able to fix it quickly.
