The room was absolutely stunning and impeccably cleaned every single day. The staff, especially Valeria, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the parking process hassle-free. The location of the hotel allowed for easy access to the city center and the breakfast provided was exceptional, with lactose-free milk available. The rustic charm of the property and the outstanding service provided by Antonella and the two sisters who run the place made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently located near bars and restaurants, while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. our experience was nothing short of amazing.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. Despite a slight disappointment with the breakfast options , the overall value for money is excellent.

We were delighted by the homemade cakes and bread for breakfast. My wife, who can't eat gluten, was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free cake specially prepared for her the next morning. The attention to detail and consideration for dietary restrictions was impressive. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the historic quarter, with easy access to all the major sights. the room had a lot of character, and was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and great coffee served at breakfast.

The hotel was a bit hard to find at first, due to the nature of the narrow roads and streets in the area. the stairway leading up to the room was quite noisy at times, making it hard to relax.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the charming Castello neighborhood. The rooms were beautifully arranged with a romantic touch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The check-in process, which can be done from a distance, was really convenient, especially when arriving late at night.
