During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the convenience of its location. It was situated right next to multiple transportation options, including the metro, tram, and bus stops. This made it incredibly easy to explore and get around the city. the staff at the hotel were very kind and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or needs that I had.

the bed in my room was not the most comfortable, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms were cozy and offered great privacy. the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic. I especially liked the 24-hour safe and the big free lounge where you can relax.
